Quality Assurance Assistent

Job Description

MeteorSpark, a leading Meteor consultancy is looking to hire a part time Quality Assurance assistance for a new online product we are working on.

The work will involve:

1. Using the product to find issues with it.
2. Preparing check-lists of tests that need to be preformed before deployment of new versions.
3. Interacting with the product users over emails in regard to bug reported by them, in attempt to understand them better.

The job might also involve user experience related tasks:

1. Interviewing existing users in an attempt to understand their needs better.
2. Watching new users using the product to understand what are the difficulties they are facing working with the product interfaces.
3. Working with users feedback, feature requests, etc.

The right candidate will have:

1. Excellent command / high proficiency in spoken and written English.
2. Ability to think outside the box on edge cases and unconventional ways in which the product might break.
3. Ability to recognize usability issues in the product and recommand ways in which they can be fixed.
4. High communication skills.
